While Tru Support Natural Therapies takes great care in preparing and packing your item(s) we are not responsible for the product once it leaves the our business office.

Australia Post has an additional insurance option which is available for your product and can be selected or requested at your discretion.

Parcels are sent via standard shipping, however if sent via express post, a higher shipping rate may be incurred.

Tru Support Natural Therapies does not currently ship outside of Australia.

Exchanges are not accepted.  Refunds are only given within 7 days from purchase date and at the buyer's expense of returning the item.

Damage to your product that has occurred during shipping warrants a refund. Photo evidence of this is required to occur; including the state of the package upon arrival and photos of item(s) that have incurred damage. All damaged items will need to be shipped back in order to receive a full refund.
